DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sets up and maintains adminlstrative filings systems of both electronic and paper records.
  • Responsible for fleet operation tracking and reposing, including the creation of performance, efficiency, vehicle/equipment maintenance and reports.
  • Facilitate request of all projects / department with regards to office vehicle maintenance, which includes repairs, regular clean-up/check-up and PMS.
  • Executes plans, policies and program in relation to Fleet Operations.
  • Monitor a record of all vehicle expenses with regards to repair and maintenance.
  • Oversee schedule of vehicles. Monitors issuance of trip tickets per tripping schedule.
  • Check gasoline PO liquidation of all vehicles / Fleet card usage monitoring
  • Do vehicle inspection as needed.
  • Oversees the work of Admin Assistants; evaluates and verifies employee performance through review of completed work assignments
  • Ensure that OR/CR of all the vehicle in all area are annually registered.
  • Performs any other task that may be assigned from time to time
