Position Title: Organization Communications Manager
Job Summary:
Develop and design people agenda programs to support the Sector's goals of digital and culture transformation. S/he will co create with the Leadership, PRECC and HR teams to execute sector-wide programs and events such as conventions, townhalls, etc.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
The Organizational Culture and Engagement Strategist is a solutions-driven and independent thinker who is responsible for implementing and growing a corporate culture driven by innovation, agility and integrity through:
- Advocating the cultural transformation of the bank to Senior Leadership to drive engagement from all business units
- Managing and engaging Business Leaders to co-design and develop insights-building capacity and improve overall customer experience
- Initiating and overseeing the creation and communication of compelling programs that push for empowerment and transparency inside the organization
- Implementing communication plans to roll out change management initiatives
- Spearheading internal events to enhance collaboration and camaraderie among different business units Managing all internal sector communications platforms for better information dissemination
- Designing communication materials for email broadcast, posters, and intranet and ensure its timely release
- Revisiting and co designing rewards and recognition programs to propose opportunities for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources Management and/or any relevant field from a reputable university
- Experience in financial services, banking, fintech or telco is a plus.
- Hands on experience managing communications in a highly regulated market.
- At least 5-7 years of relevant experience in corporate communications and culture-building
- Experience in working closely with Senior Leaders and/or multiple stakeholders from HR and Corporate
- Experience in formulating and spearheading internal communications strategies
- Ability to communicate information effectively and accurately, verbally or in writing across multiple disciplines.
