About the role

Join our thriving BPO company, DIMO ENTERPRISES & OVERSEAS PLACEMENT AGENCY, as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). This is a full-time dayshift role based in our Alabang, Cavite City office, providing an excellent opportunity for those new to the BPO industry to kick-start their careers.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our valued clients via phone, email and chat
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Continuously learn and develop your skills to improve customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, but new graduates are also welcome to apply
