About the role

JRA2 Steel Industries, Inc. is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Control Staff to join our dynamic team in Trece Martires City, Cavite. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our manufacturing operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform thorough inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to identify and address any quality issues
  • Conduct quality control tests and measurements to verify compliance with internal and industry standards
  • Maintain detailed records of quality control data and generate reports for management
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance quality
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and quality management techniques

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of quality control principles, methods, and tools
  • Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
