Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our recruitment efforts. In this role, you will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Job Posting and Sourcing:
  • Create and post job advertisements on various job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment channels. Source candidates using job portals, social media, and networking events. Conduct proactive outreach to potential candidates through emails, calls, and networking.
  • Screening and Shortlisting:

Review resumes, applications, and cover letters to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role. Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

  • Interview Coordination:

Organize and schedule interviews, including communication with both candidates and interviewers. Assist hiring managers in preparing for interviews by providing relevant candidate information. Ensure timely follow-up and feedback after each interview round. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and responding to inquiries. Maintain a positive candidate experience, ensuring communication is clear, professional, and timely. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring necessary documentation is completed. Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements. Assist in the continuous improvement of recruitment processes, providing input on ways to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and job boards.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
