About the Role

We are looking for a Cost Estimator who will assist with preparing quotations, comparing prices, interpreting blueprints, and coordinating job information. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure estimates are accurate, well-documented, and ready to move projects forward smoothly.

Ideal Candidate (Must-Have Requirements)

  • Completed at least 2 years in college (Electrical engineering background is preferred but not mandatory)
  • At least basic to intermediate exposure to construction costing, estimation, or quotation preparation
  • Open to candidates with local experience
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints for residential and commercial projects
  • Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing prices and proposals
  • Experience in BlueBeam is a plus
  • Confident using Google Suite for documentation and coordination
  • Organised, reliable, and comfortable handling multiple job orders
  • Must be able to explain ideas clearly to customers and teammates
  • Amenable to working onsite (IT Park, Cebu/Robinsons Cybergate Delta, Davao)

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations based on project requirements and plans
  • Compare prices and proposals to support accurate cost estimation
  • Read and interpret blueprints for residential and commercial projects
  • Schedule and coordinate jobs in line with approved quotations
  • Book and manage job orders from setup to completion
  • Handle data entry and maintain accurate estimation and project records
  • Ensure documentation is complete, organised, and up to date
  • Support the team with general pre-construction and estimation administration
