About the role

The Estimator plays a critical role in managing project cost estimations, preparing accurate quotations, and ensuring smooth project execution. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with sales and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Quoting & Cost Estimation:
• Process and manage quote requests using HubSpot and Quoterite.
• Create and send accurate cost estimates for furniture and window coverings.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for projects.
• Revise quotes based on project changes and client feedback.
• Project Coordination:
• Organize and maintain project documents using SharePoint.
• Work closely with the sales team to finalize project details.
• Update project status and ensure accurate records.
• Assist sales teams in resolving estimation-related issues.
• Compliance & Reporting:
• Review and analyze project documents and plans for accuracy.
• Ensure all estimates comply with company pricing structures.
• Provide reports on estimation trends and cost analysis

Requirements

• Experience with HubSpot, Quoterite, PDF Xchange, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and projects simultaneously.
• Experience in preparing BOQs, preferably in window coverings or related industries.
• Background in estimating, sales coordination, or project management is preferred.
