Estimator – Simpro Specialist (Australian Projects)

Sto. Domingo, Angeles City, Pampanga | Full-time | Start ASAP

What You'll Do:

As our Estimator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our projects are accurately costed and commercially successful.

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates using Simpro
  • Analyse drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
  • Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricing
  • Develop bills of quantities and job budgets
  • Manage estimates, jobs, and variations in Simpro
  • Collaborate with Australian project managers, engineers, and clients
  • Support tender submissions and commercial reviews
  • Maintain pricing databases and improve estimating processes

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an Estimator in construction, trades, or building services
  • Strong working knowledge of Simpro software
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Desirable:

  • Qualification in Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying
  • Experience working on Australian projects
  • Background in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, or building services
  • Knowledge of procurement and contract administration
