Role Overview:

The Events and Marketing Executive will support the Director of Events and Market Expansion in delivering the Webprofits Sales and Marketing strategy, with a primary focus on events.

Requirements:

The role will include, but not be limited to:Event Planning & Execution Support

  • Liaise with partners on confirmation details and partnership agreements
  • Coordinate assets (headshots, bios, logos) from speakers and partners.
  • Organise branded slides for presentation decks
  • Track signups, attendance, survey and engagement metrics to compile post event reports
  • Managing attendee / no show data and registration lists for upload into CRM (Hubspot)
  • Registration data cleansing
  • Support Webinar logistics
  • Manage RSVPs and confirmations
  • Onsite logistics coordination: venue, registrations, AV, photography
  • Support with personalised event invitations
  • Scheduling meetings with key event stakeholders

Events Sales Support

  • Supporting Directors with personalised outreach to prospects pre & post events.
  • Scheduling follow up consultations with leads for Directors

Events Marketing

  • Briefing and liaising with the design team on creation of event assets and landing page updates
  • Post event content creation of video snippets for distribution via social media and ads.

Brand

  • Social media community management & posting (Meta/Linkedin/YT).
  • Supporting podcast publishing and promotion

Experienced required:

  • Experience with Hubspot
  • Calendar management
  • Marketing or related degree
  • Experience or desire to work in events
  • Min 2-3 years experience in similar roles

Proficiencies Required:

  • A passion for events, marketing and driving commercial success
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Attention to detail organisational ability
  • Proficient with data, creative, ChatGPT and social media
  • The candidate needs to be a proactive thinker and be able to work autonomously on tasks, with initiative.
  • Demonstrate high standards of integrity.
