SENIOR ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE OFFICER

Location: Clark, Pampanga

Shift: Mondays to Fridays, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Arrangement: Onsite, Full Time

About this role. . .

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for tracking and resolving outstanding payment issues and generate weekly aging reports in a timely manner. The candidate must have knowledge of general accounting principles and be proficient at MS Office (especially Excel). The ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal team members is crucial in this role.

EXPERIENCE / ROLE REQUIREMENT:

• Debt collection and customer contact via phone or email
• Customer account reconciliations
• Processing customer EFT and credit card payments
• Ensuring customers are aware of/adhere to our credit policy
• Maintaining a high level of customer service
• Excellent English proficiency
• Handling customer queries within a timely manner
• Building relationships with customers
• Daily / weekly reporting, cashflow
• Updating customer databases
• Data entry and Excel spreadsheet preparations
• New customer cash/credit account approvals
• Customer cash/credit account re-activation approvals
• Customer job approvals when on stop credit
• Providing support to other staff members when required
• Other suitable tasks as designated by your line manager
• Comply with OH&S Safety committee requirements and directives in line with relevant legislation and company policies and procedures
• Ensure that when representing Brooks Hire Service in any situation that you do so in the manner expected of you. It is vital that all staff present themselves as responsible, helpful professionals at all times
