Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be an Electronics Engineer Graduate.
  • Preferably with license but not required.
  • Must have full knowledge in CAD, MS Office applications and other QS related software.
  • Must be willing to start ASAP.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Review, study and analyze all Tender Documents not limited to instruction to bidders, drawings, specifications, condition of contracts, bid, bulletins/addendums, scope of works and other issued instructions during the tender process;
  • Identify conflicts, clashes and insufficient information in the tender documents and prepare Tender Queries for final review and approval of the ELQS;
  • Perform detailed itemized tasks and quantity estimates in accordance with the Standard Method of Measurement required by the client's cost consultant or PMT;
  • Produce the type of estimates selected by the ELQS or VP for Engineering;
  • Prepare RFQ, coordinate and discuss with ELQS/BAC/MMD various materials/equipment/labor services for price outsourcing. Collate and submit to ELQS priced quotations from suppliers, sub-contractors and vendors;
  • Consider all issued Bid Bulletins/Addendums in the preparation if detailed quantity takeoff and estimates;
  • Verify actual site conditions in relation with preparation of the detailed bill of quantities or bill of materials;
  • Report to the assigned ELQS every details and concerns of project during bid process;
  • Ensure correctness/accuracy of the estimates prior to submission to ELQS;
  • Performs other functions as maybe assigned from time to time by the direct superiors;
  • Implements and complies with ISO 9001 : version - QMS.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month
