We are seeking a highly organized and resourceful Senior Operations Executive to keep our processes running smoothly, support the CEO in daily operations, and help our fast-growing startup scale efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and takes ownership without needing micromanagement. You will be at the center of our operations, ensuring projects, programmes, and communications are executed seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Support (70%)

  • Maintain smooth workflows across the team, chasing deadlines, and keeping projects on track and on budget
  • Liaise with alumni, partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure programmes run efficiently
  • Manage CRM data entry, tagging, segmentation, and reporting
  • Build and maintain lead/contact lists for outreach and campaigns
  • Create dashboards and reports to track performance and inform decisions
  • Support workflow, automation, and sales process improvements
  • Prepare and update documents, proposals, presentations, and contracts
  • Follow up with prospects, alumni, and partners to ensure no tasks are missed

CEO Assistance (30%)

  • Manage CEO's calendar, meetings, and priorities
  • Coordinate logistics for events, bootcamps, travel, and speaking engagements
  • Research and secure venues, events, and exposure opportunities
  • Track follow-ups from meetings, ensuring actions are completed
  • Handle occasional personal and admin tasks

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a natural sense of order
  • Excellent spoken and written English with a confident, friendly, and persuasive style
  • Experience with CRM tools, data management, and list building
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills under pressure
  • Ability to work autonomously and deliver without constant supervision
  • Solid tech proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, PowerPoint, Notion, and basic spreadsheet functions

Preferred Skills

  • Previous experience in a remote startup or high-growth business
  • Background in sales, marketing, or C-level support
  • Experience sourcing venues, events, and partnerships
  • Multilingual skills or experience working across cultures
