Location: Makati City

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in architectural or interior design projects (corporate, commercial, or fit-out experience preferred)
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and other relevant design software
  • Knowledge of building codes, PEZA standards, and local regulatory requirements
  • Strong understanding of space planning, materials, and detailing
  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under supervision

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Design Head in implementing design standards and ensuring all outputs are thoroughly reviewed and meet deadlines
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure designs comply with building codes and regulatory guidelines (PEZA, Fire Code, Plumbing Code, etc.)
  • Develop design concepts, space plans, and material selections, including preparation of presentation visuals and rendered perspectives
  • Coordinate with Quantity Surveyors (QS) and Project Managers for project budgeting and design development
  • Prepare reflected ceiling plans (RCP), identify materials/specifications, and endorse details to the CADD team for production
  • Review construction drawings, assist in tender documentation, and recommend revisions as needed
  • Conduct site visits, provide design support during construction, and perform punch listing to ensure design intent is achieved
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, on-time design solutions
