As we scale across markets, we're looking for a Training Manager to lead learning, performance, and capability development across our global teams.

About the Role

We're hiring a Training Specialist to lead Learning & Development across Muvr's rapidly growing teams.
This role is central to driving performance, learning, and excellence across all departments — from frontline operations and customer support to driver onboarding and leadership enablement.

You'll own Muvr's full training lifecycle: building KPI-driven programs, designing scalable playbooks, and ensuring every team member is equipped to perform with speed, accuracy, and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all Learning & Development initiatives across departments — onboarding, enablement, leadership development, and ongoing skill training.
  • Design and execute structured training programs, certification frameworks, and playbooks for all roles (Customer Service, Driver Ops, Partner Ops, Sales, etc.).
  • Manage end-to-end employee onboarding, ensuring smooth integration with Muvr's systems, tools, and operational processes.
  • Partner with HR, Central Ops, and Department Leads to assess training needs, define role-based competency frameworks, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Build and track performance measurement tools and KPIs to evaluate learning impact, productivity, and quality improvement.
  • Maintain centralized training documentation and knowledge bases using tools such as Guidde, GetGuru, Notion, or LMS platforms.
  • Collaborate with QA and HR to ensure accountability, compliance, and measurable improvements in service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Training, Enablement, or Learning & Development, ideally within tech, logistics, or marketplace operations.
  • Strong experience creating training materials, e-learning content, and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Confident facilitator with exceptional communication skills — able to train across teams and time zones.
  • Proficient in tools like LMS platforms, Notion, Guidde, or GetGuru for knowledge management and content creation.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, data-driven, remote-first environment.
  • Bonus: Experience supporting customer operations or gig-economy workforce enablement (e.g., Uber, DoorDash, Grab, or similar).
