JOB TITLE: TECHNICAL CONSULTANT

The Technical Consultant is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshoooting and customization assistance for clientsusing ERP Systems such as SAP, Business Central and NetSuite. They will assist in ERP system implementations, provide IT consulting services, and support software development projects to enhance business processes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitates the implementation and support of Accounting Software to enhance the clients' business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.

  • Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend solutions to meet the clients need.

  • Responsible primarily for successful implementation the said software, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on products to clients.

  • Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices.

  • Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes, and objectives

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards.

  • Design, develop, and maintain reports using Crystal Reports and Report Builder.

  • Provide technical consulting and support to clients on system solutions

  • Work closely with internal teams (developers, analysts, and project managers) to deliver solutions.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Engineering (Computer/Electronics), or other related field.

  • Ability to customize, integrate, and develop software solutions that align with client requirements

  • Ability to analyze complex technical problems, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.

  • Ability to understand clients' business processes and translate them into technical solutions

  • Basic knowledge in Accounting is an advantage

  • Effective in tools like Crystal Reports, Report Builder, and SQL for data extraction, reporting, and visualization.

  • Experience in customizing, and supporting ERP systems to streamline business processes
