About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. You will be trained and guided to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, helping the organization attract and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding
  • Source potential candidates through online platforms, referrals, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Support in employer branding activities and recruitment events
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with online recruitment platforms is an advantage
