Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Operational Risk Management Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for analyzing business operations, identifying potential risks, and developing strategies to mitigate them. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational risk management, quantitative analysis, and team leadership, with the ability to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to support organizational growth and resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze operations to identify risks arising from internal challenges, mismanagement, or process breakdowns.
  • Investigate root causes of operational risks and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to prevent, reduce, and mitigate risks.
  • Identify, review, and recommend solutions for key risk and control issues.
  • Apply valuation techniques, statistical models, and quantitative analysis to assess risk exposure.
  • Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in operational risk management.
  • Lead risk management engagements with minimal supervision.
  • Support business development activities, including proposals and client presentations.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Finance, Accounting, Management, or Business; MBA or Master's degree in Finance preferred.
  • 4–5 years of experience in operational risk analysis and management.
  • Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in valuation techniques, risk modeling, and statistical analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and deliver results with high accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in team settings.
