Join Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3) as an
IT Solution Architect
and become a key member of our
Monitoring and Event Management Design (MEMD)
Team. In this role, you'll design and implement enterprise-grade monitoring and observability solutions that ensure the resiliency, performance, and availability of critical IT assets.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the architecture and design of
    enterprise monitoring and event management solutions
    .
  • Collaborate with domain experts in
    Event Management, Azure Monitor, App Dynamics, Grafana, ThousandEyes
    , and more.
  • Develop and enforce
    observability standards
    across applications and infrastructure (SAAS, IAAS, PAAS).
  • Gather business requirements and deliver scalable, cost-effective monitoring designs.
  • Drive automation, proof-of-concept initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.

  • DevOps tools and SRE/Observability practices

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    IT, Computer Science, Engineering
    , or related discipline.
  • 5+ years
    in IT monitoring, observability, or related technical roles.
  • Strong expertise in
    Azure Log Analytics, KQL, Ansible, Telemetry, APM, Automation (PowerShell)
    .
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years
    in an IT architecture role with hands-on experience in observability and APM.
  • Proficiency in
    Azure services
    ,
    DevOps pipelines
    , and multiple scripting languages (Python, C#, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of
    network architecture
    ,
    security protocols
    , and
    synthetic monitoring techniques
    .
  • Familiarity with
    ServiceNow
    , ITSM, and compliance frameworks.
  • Awareness of
    AIOps trends
    and technologies.
