A. Duties and Responsibilities

· Execute in depth analysis of all ELSA data or information required in the achievement of 100% job accuracy

· Ensure 100% accuracy of encoded data versus source data such as checking of Production Issue Check report and Transfer Manual Difference report processed by the encoders

· Monitor Daily Production Control Sheet submission and the Non-Compliances

· Coordinate with respective section regarding the Non-Compliance and issue corresponding Non-Conformance Report when needed

· Prepare monthly reports such as Gross Margin and Comparative Daily Production Report

· Assist Accounting for the cost analysis such as the investigation and checking of Production Cost Detail Report

· Troubleshooting of ERP system error in Infor LN (including coordination with HQ in Japan for the unsolvable errors)

· Encode transactions for Mechatronics, Subcon Tooling Parts and Subcon (Sanno) Purchase Ledger reconciliation

· Provide support and direction for the team especially for the member's growth and development

· Review and update JSOX Process flowcharts and implement changes and updates as necessary

· Exercise 5S compliance and promote CLEAN AS YOU GO in their daily work operation and execution of assigned processes while performing safety at work and promotes environmental conservation in carrying tasks assigned from time to time

B. Competence and Knowledge

· Attention to details, accuracy in documentation, has a strong interpersonal skills and initiative

· Competent, well organized, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

· Capability to prioritize and plan work activities efficiently to meet deadlines

· Ability to respond to common inquiries from interrelated section

· Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills

· Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)

· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required

C. Education and Competency

  • College Graduate preferably Accounting Graduate

  • With at least work experience in manufacturing industry as ERP Assistant or related position

  • With background knowledge in ERP system (Infor LN (Baan), Oracle, SAP)

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to prioritize work
