
Go High Level System Trainer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented **Go High Level System Manager** to join our team. This in-house position is integral to managing and optimizing our Go High Level (GHL) system while ensuring smooth operations and supporting both our team and community members. A key responsibility of this role is **hosting weekly training sessions** for **customers in our community** as well as **teaUpgrade to see actual infombers** to empower them with the knowledge and skills needed to maximize the system's potential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GHL system management, including phone number approvals, integrations, automations, and subscription management. This is a long-term position with significant opportunities for growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Training & Support:**
- Host **weekly training sessions** for customers in our community to help them effectively use the Go High Level system and achieve their goals.
- Provide hands-on training and support to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, ensuring they can confidently navigate and utilize all GHL functionalities.
- Develop training materials, resources, and guides for both community members and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to enhance their learning experience.
- Respond to questions and troubleshoot issues raised by customers and the team, delivering timely and effective solutions.
2. **System Management:**
- Oversee and maintain the Go High Level system to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance and secure phone number approvals for campaigns.
3. **Integrations & Automations:**
- Set up and manage integrations with third-party platforms (e.g., CRMs, payment gateways, email tools).
- Build and refine automations to streamline workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance sales processes.
4. **Sales Optimization & Idea Development:**
- Analyze current processes and recommend improvements to optimize the GHL system for lead generation, nurturing, and conversions.
- Create new funnels, campaigns, automations, and workflows to drive increased sales and revenue.
- Collaborate with the team to test and implement innovative strategies to enhance performance.
5. **Subscription & Account Oversight:**
- Manage Go High Level subscription accounts and monitor billing cycles.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any system-related issues or escalations.
6. **Mandatory Staff Meetings:**
- Attend and actively participate in weekly staff meetings:
- **Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 10:00 AM EST.**
- **Monday at 3:00 PM EST.**
7. **Optimization & Reporting:**
- Continuously analyze system usage and recommend process improvements.
- Generate performance reports on campaigns, system utilization, and automations for management review.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in **Go High Level system management**.
- Strong hosting and presentation skills for leading training sessions for both customers and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Proficient in setting up integrations, automations, and managing workflows.
- Ability to identify creative solutions to optimize GHL for sales growth and improved performance.
- Knowledge of best practices for phone number approvals and compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with both internal teams and external community members.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks while meeting tight deadlines.
- Availability to attend **mandatory staff meetings** as scheduled.
