We are seeking a highly skilled and professional individual to fill the position of VIP Driver. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the employer while providing reliable transportation services. This role demands a strong understanding of defensive driving techniques, excellent situational awareness, and the ability to respond swiftly and effectively to potential threats. The candidate should also possess exceptional communication skills and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. **Transportation Services:**

  2. Safely operate and maintain the employer's vehicle(s) in accordance with all traffic laws and regulations.

  3. Provide timely and efficient transportation to various destinations, including business meetings, appointments, and personal errands.

  4. Plan routes to optimize safety, efficiency, and punctuality.

  5. **Security Detail:**

  6. Maintain a vigilant presence and continuously assess potential security risks during transportation and at various locations.

  7. Implement defensive driving techniques to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of the employer.

  8. React promptly and decisively to any security threats or emergencies.

  9. **Threat Assessment and Mitigation:**

  10. Conduct thorough risk assessments prior to each trip or event, identifying potential hazards and vulnerabilities.

  11. Develop and implement strategies to minimize security risks and enhance the employer's safety.

  12. Remain alert to changes in the security environment and adapt plans accordingly.

  13. **Close Protection:**

  14. Provide close protection services to the employer, ensuring their physical safety and well-being at all times.

  15. Maintain a professional and unobtrusive presence while remaining prepared to intervene in the event of an emergency.

  16. **Communication and Coordination:**

  17. Maintain clear and concise communication with the employer, keeping them informed of any potential security concerns or changes to the itinerary.

  18. Collaborate with other members of the security team, as well as external stakeholders such as event organizers or venue security personnel.

**Qualifications:**

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-profile or executive protection capacity.

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Certification in defensive driving and/or close protection is highly desirable.

  • Excellent situational awareness and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

  • Physical fitness and stamina to perform duties effectively, including standing for extended periods and responding to emergencies.

  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the employer's schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
