As a Level 1 IT Help Desk based in our Melbourne office, you'll be the first point of contact for IT support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for our team. From troubleshooting issues to maintaining desktop systems, you'll play a key role in keeping everything running seamlessly.

What You'll Be Doing
- Act as the sole IT floor support for the Melbourne office, onsite 5 days a week.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and applications.
- Manage Level 1 ticket resolution for desktop and server operating systems.
- Monitor systems and respond to incidents and service requests within SLAs.
- Perform backup and disaster recovery checks in Azure.
- Run phishing and security test campaigns, and validate Azure security configurations.
- Keep documentation and knowledge base up to date.
- Participate in the on-call roster and assist outside business hours when needed.
- Collaborate with the service desk team to ensure timely resolution of open tickets.
About You
- Experience with IT support, including Windows 11, VMs, and Azure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills – able to explain technical solutions in simple, clear language.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and eager to continuously learn.
- Microsoft certifications and/or tertiary qualifications in IT are a big plus.
