Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure weekly production schedules are followed and that finished goods (FG) inventory remains at the required ICO level.
  • Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot production issues, and coordinate with Engineering or Maintenance for timely repairs.
  • Plan and assign manpower based on weekly production requirements.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis for new projects and track their progress and results.
  • Manage and monitor department CapEx and monthly G&A budgets.
  • Ensure production cycle times and yield targets are consistently achieved.
  • Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process issues.
  • Conduct regular meetings, coaching, and mentoring of production staff.
  • Improve line efficiency through data analysis, process improvements, automation, and downtime reduction.
  • Perform SAP production transactions (e.g., PO settlement, FG confirmation, inventory posting, etc.).
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or related field).
  • At least 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment (FMCG, personal care, cosmetics, or pharmaceuticals preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge in automated systems, electro-mechanical troubleshooting, and production optimization.
  • Familiar with GMP, ISO, and plant safety standards.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and production reporting tools.
