Position: Hokkien Property Sales Executive (Pioneer Position)

Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (6 working days)
Salary: Php 30,000 + High Pay Commission

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- Can speak Hokkien or Fukien and English.
- Open to Senior High School, Undergraduates, and Graduates in any courses.
- Open to someone who has experience in Customer Service in any industry.
- Having 1 year of experience in Sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
- Hokkien/Fukien Property Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries about the unit.
- Hokkien/Fukien Property Sales Executive is responsible for arranging and conducting site visits, showroom tours, and model unit presentations.
- Guide clients through the sales process from initial inquiry to contract signing and closing.
- Conduct client presentations to promote condominium projects and available units.
- Understand clients' lifestyle preferences, budget, and requirements
- Address inquiries related to pricing, payment terms, project timelines, and unit specifications.
