About the role

Task Agencies Inc. is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Healthcare Specialist in a Hybrid role. Based in our Bonifacio Global City office in Taguig, Metro Manila, this full-time position offers a competitive salary package of up to 34,000 PHP and the flexibility of a hybrid work setup.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing excellent customer service to our healthcare clients through inbound and outbound calls
  2. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  3. Troubleshooting issues and offering solutions to ensure a positive customer experience
  4. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience
  6. Continuously learning and staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer issues
  4. Proficiency in both English and Filipino, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  5. A positive, friendly, and patient attitude to provide a top-notch customer experience
  6. Familiarity with basic computer and software applications
