About the role

ARAM ENTERPRISES INC' is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Manila City Metro Manila. This is a full-time role that offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a hybrid setup, combining remote and on-site work. As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and assistance to our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.

What you'll be doing

  1. Answering inbound calls and emails from customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner
  2. Assisting customers with a range of healthcare-related inquiries, including plan information, claims processing, and service requests
  3. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our customer relationship management system
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  5. Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
  6. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

  1. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide excellent service
  3. Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management software
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle a variety of customer inquiries
  5. A commitment to continuous learning and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices
  6. Flexibility to work in a hybrid setup, with a combination of remote and on-site work as needed
