• Verifying, encoding and uploading to System the received clearance and other documents.
• Organizes hard copy documents in a logical and systematic manner, including separating and grouping them according to series.
• Scans soft copy of document items into digital format, renaming each file according to series.
• Photocopying, cutting, and attaching a Special Bank Receipt (SBR) to each document.
• Verify the contents of CSR documents received.
• Print the received CSR soft copy and match it to the corresponding PNP clearance.
• Conduct periodic stocktaking activities on a monthly basis, with the option to perform additional stocktaking tasks as required by superiors.
• Pick up, verify, and dispatch the assembled PNP CSR (hard copy and soft copy)

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be a graduate of any four-year degree program.
• Preferably with at least one year of experience in an office setting, though not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Willing to work onsite at Greenfield District, Mandaluyong City.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
