SAP S/4HANA Materials Management Functional Consultant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document procurement and inventory management requirements, and analyze existing business processes and identify gaps that can be addressed through SAP S/4HANA MM (Materials Management) solutions.
  • Design and configure SAP S/4HANA MM modules, including Purchasing, Inventory Management, Material Master Data, Vendor Master Data, and Invoice Verification. Develop functional specifications for custom enhancements, reports, and interfaces, and lead or support SAP S/4HANA MM implementations, upgrades, and data migrations aligned with business strategies.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for all MM functionalities, and support defect resolution and validate fixes to ensure stable system performance.
  • Conduct user training and create documentation for SAP MM processes and best practices, and provide ongoing support to end-users by troubleshooting issues and ensuring efficient MM operations post go-live.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of MM-related project deliverables in coordination with project managers, and collaborate with other SAP consultants to ensure seamless cross-module integration.
  • Support pre-sales activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 3 years hands-on experience in SAP MM (Materials Management) module implementation and support
  • Strong knowledge of business processes such as procurement, stock transfers, goods movements, and vendor evaluations
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes (P2P), inventory management, and materials planning
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA MM configuration and customization
  • Experience with end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations is highly preferred
  • SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) certification is a plus
  • Experience with SAP Grow/RISE is a plus
  • Ability to create detailed functional specifications and work with ABAP developers for custom enhancements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa
