JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document sales and distribution processes, including order-to-cash cycle, and identify areas for improvement through SAP S/4HANA SD (Sales and Distribution) functionality.
  • Design and configure SAP S/4HANA SD modules, including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, and Credit Management. Prepare functional specifications for custom developments, reports, enhancements, and interfaces, and lead or support SAP S/4HANA SD implementations, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for SD processes, and support defect resolution during testing phases and ensure timely issue closure.
  • Provide training sessions and create user documentation to support business users in utilizing SD functionalities effectively. Deliver post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements.
  • Assist project managers in planning and executing SD-related project deliverables within scope and timeline, and collaborate with other SAP functional teams to ensure end-to-end process integration and consistency.
  • Support pre-sales activities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 3 years hands-on experience in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module implementation and support
  • In-depth knowledge of core SD functionalities including Sales Orders, Deliveries, Invoicing, Pricing Procedures, and Outputs
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA SD configuration and customization
  • Experience with end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations is highly preferred
  • SAP S/4HANA Sales (SD) certification is a plus
  • Experience with SAP Grow/RISE is a plus
  • Ability to draft detailed functional specifications for developments and integrations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and business process understanding
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa
