Job Description Work with global experts Drive impactful data governance Key Responsibilities of the Material Master Data Lead: Lead governance for material and production planning master data Develop and enforce global data standards and policies Implement best practices for data integrity and access control Oversee integration of SAP ECC/S4 HANA and related tools Manage cross-functional projects ensuring timely, quality delivery Monitor data metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives Support data cleansing and accelerate tool implementation Educate stakeholders on governance processes and objectives The Successful Applicant Successful Candidate Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with extensive experience in master data management 10+ years working with SAP ECC or S4/HANA systems Strong knowledge of material and production planning processes Proven leadership and influencing skills in a matrix organization Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Expertise in SAP MDG and Information Steward preferred Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices PMP certification is a plus What's on Offer The successful Material Master Data Lead will join a company that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
