Position: Encoder

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Encoder to join our team. The Encoder is responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in computer systems and databases. Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and verify data from source documents.
  • Maintain data integrity by performing regular checks and updates.
  • Organize and file electronic or paper records as needed.

  • Assist with other clerical tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in data entry or related field preferred.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and data entry software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
