Key Activities:

  • Assist in developing landscape designs and plans, including site analysis, conceptual design, planting plans, hardscape plans, and construction details.
  • Create 2D and 3D drawings, models, and renderings to communicate design ideas.
  • Conduct research on plant materials, construction materials, and sustainable design practices.
  • Prepare cost estimates and budgets for proposed projects.
  • Assist in the coordination and management of construction and installation activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that projects meet their needs and expectations.
  • Maintain project documentation, including plans, specifications, and correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
  • Strong design and graphic skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Willing to be assigned in Cubao, Quezon City.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php17,000.00 per month
