Operational Leadership & Management

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all departments to ensure smooth, efficient, and aligned execution.
  • Develop, refine, and implement operational processes, SOPs, and systems that support scalability and quality.
  • Monitor and optimize workflow efficiencies, capacity, resource allocation, and interdepartmental collaboration.

Strategic Execution

  • Work closely with C-level executives and the Director to understand strategic goals and organizational priorities.
  • Translate strategic plans into actionable tasks and directives for the operations team.
  • Lead operational planning, forecasting, and performance tracking to ensure milestones and KPIs are met.

Communication & Alignment

  • Serve as the direct point of contact of the C-Level team and Director for operational dissemination.
  • Ensure clear, consistent communication of priorities, expectations, updates, and changes to all operational departments.
  • Bridge gaps between leadership and teams, maintaining alignment and minimizing miscommunication.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Supervise department heads/managers to ensure they are aligned, supported, and accountable.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to build team capabilities and performance.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Ensure operational processes uphold the company's quality, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Conduct regular reviews, audits, and assessments across departments.

Data & Performance Management

  • Analyze operational data to drive improvements, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare reports and insights for leadership to guide business decisions.
  • Implement KPIs, trackers or dashboards to track team and departmental performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php35,000.00 per month
