The 
Motorpool and Fleet Manager
is responsible for supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of the organization's motorpool and fleet. This role spearheads vehicle maintenance, tracking fleet usage, coordinating drivers, ensuring vehicle availability, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily motor pool and fleet operations.
  • Monitor vehicle availability, usage logs, mileage, fuel consumption, and trip records.
  • Schedule routine maintenance, servicing, and inspections to minimize vehicle downtime.
  • Assist in dispatching vehicles and assigning drivers based on operational needs.
  • Track and maintain records related to vehicle registration, insurance, and compliance.
  • Provide strategies in fleet efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in fleet or transport operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles and preventive maintenance.
  • Familiarity with fleet management systems and tools.
