What you'll be doing

  • Oversee all aspects of complex construction projects, from planning and execution to completion
  • Manage project schedules, Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
  • Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
  • Prepare detailed reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate project status and performance

What we're looking for

  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar project management role within the construction industry
  • Willing to work in Makati
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Working cooperatively with the team and has passion for work.
