Job Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain a variety of IT tools and software applications, such as network monitoring, security, and management tools.

  • RMM Administration

  • End Point Protection Administration

  • Content Filtering Administration

  • Ensure that all IT tools and software are up to date with the latest versions and patches to maintain security and performance.

  • Asset Warranty Administration

  • Provide user support and training on IT tools to ensure effective utilization and troubleshoot user issues.

  • Implement security protocols, access controls, and user permissions to safeguard IT tools and data.

  • Anti-spam Administration

  • Monitor the performance and health of IT tools and proactively address any issues or bottlenecks.

  • Alert Service Tickets Technician

  • Light Duty Helpdesk

  • Alert Based Vulnerability Assessment and Remediation

  • Maintain detailed documentation on IT tool configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

  • Application and Systems Reporting

  • Implement backup and recovery plans to ensure data protection and continuity in case of system failures.

  • Other related job that will be assigned by the supervisor/manager.

Job Requirements:

  • At least a College/Bachelor's Degree; Computer Engineering, IT, or any related course (Electronics Engineering or IT degree is a plus)
  • At least 2-3 years of solid work experience in related industry, preferably in MSP
  • Experience in ITIL process is an advantage.
  • Experience and knowledge with different security platforms, anti-virus, and malware (Symantec Endpoint Protection, Windows Defender, etc.) is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable on documentation process.
  • With a good verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Has the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical person.
  • Customer service oriented, good analytical skills and highly organized.
  • Certification in Microsoft, Windows, Cisco, or Symantec is a big plus.
  • Can work on night shift and occasional scheduled weekend shifts.
  • Amenable to provide on-call support and render overtime during events that require backup support.
  • Has stable WFH set-up.
