Quantity Surveyor/Estimator

Basis: Full-time

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Salary Range: 20,000 to 30,000 PHP (subject to experience)

Who are we

At SET QS Consultants, we specialise in preparing detailed quantity takeoffs and work on a diverse range of projects including residential, industrial and commercial developments. We have a strong focus on values, exceptional attention to detail and commitment to growth.

We are looking for TWO experienced QS's to join our team. We are offering ONE morning/day shift and ONE evening/night shift. First successful candidate gets first pick

Must Haves:

  • Experience with take-off software. E.g. Cubit, CostX, Bluebeam etc.
  • Demonstrated technical skills in preparing quantity take-offs
  • Thorough understanding of correct methods of measurement
  • Ability to read and dissect construction plans. Eg. architectural plans, structural plans etc.
  • Stable internet connection

Please note: (if you lack any of the above, the positions on offer are NOT for you)

Not Essential but Preferred:

  • Familiarity with Rawlinsons Construction Handbook
  • Good understanding of Australian construction methodology
  • Proficient MS Excel and MS Word skills
  • Dual Monitor Setup and Headset

  • Report to Senior management
  • Adhere to company expectations
  • Preparing detailed takeoffs
  • Assist with building up systems and processes
  • Assist with building up takeoff templates
  • Be willing to work outside ordinary hours to meet report deadlines
