A Marketing Manager for distribution of wines, spirits, or premium ham is a strategic leader who develops and executes marketing plans to promote these products, targeting specific demographics and channels.

This role requires expertise in strategic planning, market analysis, managing campaigns, understanding premium consumer behavior, and potentially working with distributors or direct-to-consumer sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for wines, spirits, and premium ham products.
  • Campaign Management: Design, manage, and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and experiential marketing.
  • Brand Development: Build and enhance brand recognition and equity for premium products by creating engaging brand propositions.
  • Market Analysis: Understand market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics within the food and beverage sector.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee social media, email, and online advertising campaigns to drive awareness and customer acquisition.
  • Sales and Distribution Support: Collaborate with sales teams and distributors to support the product's journey from the producer to the consumer.
  • Budget Management: Effectively allocate and manage marketing budgets to maximize return on investment.
  • Reporting and Communication: Keep senior leadership informed about campaign progress, results, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Communication & Collaboration: Effectively work with internal teams, external agencies, and distribution partners.

Job Requirements:

Industry Experience: Gaining experience in the premium beverage and food industries is crucial.

Relevant Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication or its equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php90,000.00 per month
