We are looking for an ATM Technician responsible for the refurbishment and repair of Diebold Nixdorf automated teller machines and related equipment. The role ensures that ATMs are operating efficiently, securely, and are available for customer use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair, configure, and test Diebold Nixdorf ATMs and peripheral devices.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.

• Diagnose and repair hardware, software, and network issues.

• Replace or repair defective parts (e.g., card readers, cash dispensers, printers, monitors).

• Ensure proper ATM security and compliance with company and client standards.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to field engineers or clients.

• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and parts used

Qualifications:

• Technical/vocational diploma or equivalent in Electronics, IT, or related field.

• Experience in ATM servicing, preferably with Diebold Nixdorf machines, but not required

• Fair troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
