Hiring for HR implementation Specialist Role for HR Tech Platform

Role Expectations

o Represent the domain with comprehensive understanding of the end-to end process.

o Engage to understand the needs, recommend best practices & navigate our product fitment.

o Align & Achieve HRIS Function's objective thru effective planning and execution.

o Manage Internal & External Stake holders.

o Keep abreast of the industry / competition - Competitors, Solutions etc.

Responsibilities

o Responsible for the full cycle of implementation from understanding client business need, recommended solution, estimation and scoping of requirements, sign-off, delivery schedules, development team interaction and commitments, internal UAT, Client UAT and delivery as per user requirements.

o Execute tasks assigned and periodically update on the status of execution.

o Work towards adhering and achieving project quality standards/goals.

o Review performance status, update project progress status for internal & external stakeholders, enable teams to deliver.

o Serve as an interface between internal/external customers and the functional team members to ensure effective delivery of requirements.

o Maintain awareness of trends in HRMS in the market and the potential impact of those trends on current and future HRMS functionality.

o Proactively report or escalate project Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies to ensure timely mitigation steps.

o Test solutions to ensure they meet the agreed business/functional requirements of the client.

o Track, analyze and report quantitative metrics for internal & client stakeholders, Manage month end and year end activities.

Competencies

o bachelor's degree / Masters

o Strong domain knowledge of the HR functions, process & best practices exposure.

o good understanding and working knowledge of Project planning and tracking.

o good understanding of basics of Budgeting, Capacity Build & utilization, Contracts & obligations.

o years of experience: 3 years of experience in the areas of HR function / operations.

o Excellent communication & presentation skills, data analysis.

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

o Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
