Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Marikina for a Graphic Designer. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs such as logos, branding materials, typography, and other graphic content. Day-to-day tasks include brainstorming concepts, collaborating with team members, refining designs according to feedback, and ensuring that final outputs align with brand guidelines and project objectives. The role also involves staying updated on design trends and tools to maintain high-quality standards in deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design
  • Experience in Logo Design and Branding
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and meet deadlines consistently
  • Attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
  • Experience in event-related design is a plus
  • Must be proficient in the use of Adobe Software, most especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere. Knowledge in 3D designs and layout (such as SketchUp) is an advantage
  • Must have strong attention to details and good eye for visual composition
  • Must have experience in events and designing promotional materials including but not limited to t-shirts, medals, and other marketing collaterals when necessary
  • Creative in making social media content
  • Can work well under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
