About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can bring strong creativity, technical excellence, and strategic thinking to our growing team. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is comfortable working end-to-end on design projects without a team of junior designers for now.

You will collaborate closely with our UI/UX team to deliver cohesive brand and product experiences, while producing high-quality marketing and brand assets across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute creative concepts for campaigns, digital assets, product visuals, presentations, and brand materials.
  • Work closely with the UI/UX team to ensure alignment across marketing, product interfaces, and overall brand direction.
  • Lead design work from concept to final execution, ensuring high-quality output across all channels.
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all materials.
  • Produce a wide range of hands-on design outputs including social media graphics, ads, landing pages, pitch decks, printed materials, and more.
  • Provide design insights and recommend best practices to marketing, product, and business teams.
  • Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, with solid experience in both digital and brand design.
  • Highly preferred: Experience working in a startup environment.
  • Highly preferred: Experience collaborating closely with UI/UX designers or product teams.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Sketch).
  • Strong skills in branding, layout, typography, and digital asset creation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines without close supervision.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
