Position: Graphic Designer

Schedule: Day Shift

Work Set-up: Hybrid (3x onsite | Mandaluyong) /Temporary WFH

Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and contribute to the visual identity of our brand. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding creativity, a knack for innovative design, and the ability to translate project requirements into visually compelling concepts.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conceptualization and Design: Develop creative concepts and designs for digital and print ads, EDMs and landing page banners based on task briefs.
  • Brand Consistency: Adhere to established brand guidelines to ensure a consistent and cohesive design across all materials.
  • Communication: Maintain clear communication with team members throughout the design process to ensure collaborative success.
  • Adaptability: Take direction effectively, be open to feedback, and continuously improve designs based on input.

Qualification

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse and impactful design work.
  • Proven background working with ecommerce clients, demonstrating experience in designing website landing pages, social media graphics, and printable content such as brochures and user guides.
  • Demonstrated expertise in design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of Figma and video editing software, including After Effects (AE) and Premiere, is considered a plus.
  • Effective organizational and time-management abilities to meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
