About the Role

We are looking for a Post Process Engineer to join our Engineering Managed Service team under the ENG - Drive Test Benchmarking and RF Logs Collection Managed Service Project. The role involves technical data processing, analysis, and reporting to support network performance optimization for our client, Globe Telecom.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process and validate network drive test logs.
  • Ensure route completeness, correct log naming, and accurate plotting.
  • Analyze root causes of call event failures, network quality, and mobile data issues.
  • Prepare and maintain performance assessment reports including BSC, NPS, Trend, Hotspot, Weak Areas, and Heat Maps.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good project management and teamwork abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
  • Proficient in MS Office, and knowledgeable in SRT, VBA, and Macro automation.
  • Basic understanding of drive test parameters for 5G/4G/3G/2G technologies.

Employment Details

  • Type: Project-Based (7 months)
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Setup: Hybrid
  • Monthly Salary Range: ₱30,000 – ₱40,000
  • Target Onboarding: November 2025
  • Tools Provided: Laptop (512GB), MS Office 2019 License
