JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Provide pre-sales engineering services, demonstrate understanding of security and surveillance solutions, and prepare Bill of Materials for project bidding.
  • Evaluate bid documents and terms of references to provide electronic security solutions, and assist the sales team with BOM/surveys and technical concerns during project proposals and demonstrations.
  • Perform site surveys, prepare project costing, security system designs, technical papers, and diagrams; communicate with suppliers for support on issues.
  • Coordinate projects, document processes, and have working knowledge in conduiting, cabling, installation, testing, computer networks, network installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and AutoCAD.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 2 years of work experience as a Solutions Architect, focusing on design and estimation for security products (e.g., Access Control, Biometrics, RFID, CCTV, Alarm).
  • Candidate must have a Bachelor's/College Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, oral/written communication, and presentation skills; able to work independently and exhibit urgency when needed.
  • Detail-oriented, highly analytical, resourceful, proactive, and possessing a driver's license or motorcycle is an advantage.
