Job Summary
The Logistics Assistant is responsible for supporting the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of products, supplies, and materials. The role ensures accurate documentation, timely dispatch, proper coordination with internal teams and external partners, and compliance with company standards. This position plays a key role in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced food and beverage (F&B) environment.
Key Responsibilities
Order Processing & Documentation
- Assist in preparing and verifying delivery documents (delivery receipts, invoices, waybills, pullout forms).
- Ensure accuracy of inventory and order details prior to dispatch.
Dispatch & Distribution Support
- Coordinate with drivers, riders, and third-party logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Track and monitor shipments, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- Assist in route planning to optimize delivery schedules.
Inventory Management
- Support stock monitoring, recording inbound/outbound movements, and ensuring proper storage practices.
- Conduct periodic physical counts and reconcile variances with system records.
Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with commissary, warehouse, and store operations to ensure logistics requirements are met.
- Communicate delivery updates and resolve concerns raised by stores/branches.

Compliance & Safety
- Ensure proper handling of food products in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Follow company policies and procedures in all logistics activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain, ideally in a fast-paced F&B environment.
- Knowledge of inventory systems, logistics coordination, or last-mile delivery operations is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and inventory/logistics software.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
