Job Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze medical records and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Assign appropriate diagnostic and procedural codes (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) based on physician documentation.
- Ensure coding compliance with federal regulations, payer policies, and official coding guidelines.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff for clarifications and documentation improvement.
Qualifications:
- Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PRC) License required.
- 1–2 years of clinical experience as an RN (preferred but not required).
- Any coding certification (e.g., CPC, CCS, CCA) with hands-on experience in ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS
- Coding license is preferred, but not mandatory for experienced candidates (without a coding certification can apply if you have at least 2 years of billing or coding experience)
Note:
- Hybrid Set up - 5-6 months hybrid set up then 2-3 times per week onsite, WFH after training given that meet all requirements (stable net, good performance, passed training)
- Night shift/Shifting schedules, Weekends off
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
