Reports to: Owner / Operation Manager / Assistance Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Store Supervisor to support the daily operations of our retail store. In this role, you will oversee staff performance, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory, and contribute to achieving sales targets. You'll be a key leader in maintaining a positive, productive, and customer-focused store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily store activities and team members to ensure smooth operations.

  • Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.

  • Monitor inventory levels, perform stock checks, and manage product displays.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve escalated customer issues.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety guidelines, and visual merchandising standards.

  • Support the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving business goals.

  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales and operational reports.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).

  • Proven experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Basic proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
