We're looking for an experienced Content Editor to join our content and curriculum development team. The role involves refining, restructuring, and elevating complex written materials to ensure clarity, accuracy, and strong educational value.

You'll collaborate with researchers, educators, and writers to maintain high editorial standards and deliver top-quality instructional materials. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in academic publishing or instructional design who wants to take on more creative and leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit, refine, and proofread educational and academic materials.
  • Ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy across all outputs.
  • Collaborate with writers and researchers to improve content quality and pedagogy.
  • Maintain editorial standards, content style, and quality guidelines.
  • Support curriculum development and contribute to content strategy.
  • Provide feedback and mentorship to junior editors and writers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Psychology, Communication, or related fields.
  • 2–5 years of experience in content editing, curriculum development, or academic publishing.
  • Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to refine and restructure complex materials.
  • Experience creating manuals, modules, or instructional content.
  • Excellent command of English; strong grammar and paraphrasing skills.
  • Teaching or training background is an advantage.

Testing & Evaluation Process

  • Online: SHL Verbal Reasoning Test and SHL Personality Questionnaire (OPQ)
  • On-site: Editorial Test and Paraphrasing Task
  • Interview: With Content Team Lead and Lead Researcher

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: PHP 35,000 – PHP 40,000
  • 22 vacation days
