  • Works with the sales teams in order to reach the sales targets in the territory and offer complete solutions to our customers
  • Drives for customer satisfaction and increases competitive advantage by building trust and relationships b y ensuring them the product know how to operate the equipment properly
  • Is specialized with all the operations software used in all equipment distributed by variance trading corporation and develops training procedures for end users who use them
  • Design product solutions in line with specifications given by sales force
  • Provides problem- solving and trouble- shooting solutions to customers with regards to hardware and software problems
  • Assists sales force to product presentations and demonstrations
  • Keeps track of all sales call data, customer objectives and communication responses so that sales calls can ben more effectively tailored towards the needs of the customers
  • Reviews and ensures complete and appropriate handover of documentation prior to operational acceptance of new or changed application
  • Keeps abreast of technical developments of operational importance to the company and to participate in developing or setting standards as directed
  • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with all stakeholders
  • Ensures standards and guidelines are applied and maintained across applications for administration, deployment and monitoring over a range of platforms that largely comprises industry standard components. This includes applications, web server components and databases
  • Ensures application and service processes and outputs are error free and complete
  • Identifies faults and issues and recommending appropriate paths to resolution and fixing as appropriate
  • Ensures appropriate contingency procedures are in place for applications and that they are regularly tested
  • Trains all sales representative of the products as well as the software being used
  • Performs other tasks related to the above
